A huge portion of ctc 21% to be exact is variable component upto sse level and there are times when the best performers just get 6% of variable pay. career growth ,appraisals, hikes are purely based on management politics. Hr department is really bad. Chances of getting an employee's queries addressed are minimal to zero. For Insurance benefits parent's cannot be added in the default plan(spouse and children can be added).
