No job security, No young Management, unskilled and unprofessional old management. We will not get any human consideration from any top management. If you praise the managers & directors you can stay longer in Citi. Otherwise, you should be a lady.AVPs to the above level are most toxic and lazy. if you are a hard worker you can't stay long in Citi. They are hiring a lot of people from diverse cultures to increase their brand value but there is no job security. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Working hours: Literally long working hours of 12-14 hrs in a day with no overtime payment. Your mental health is taken for granted. Daily burn out is inevitable, so leaves are a necessity rather than luxury. - Work culture: PATHETIC! I repeat, PATHETIC. Lot's of micro-management. Trust issues, poor leadership, most of their time spent on creating pressure on team. Hierarchy is a joke here. Overloaded with work with handful team members. Daily burnout is basic here! - Technology: Usage of outdated technologies.
