There's no work life balance. Salary isn't credited on time. Company MD is very selfish and doesn't ever think about the welfare of the employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It was a worst experience of my life to work in such a terrible company.

Dislikes

Teammates were good, but management is worst. The MD of the company has no work ethics, company and team politics can be seen clearly while working in this worst company. There's absolutely no time for personal life. Career growth is almost nill. There's no job security. First 3 months, i had to work for no salary n then they used to give me negligible salary, with almost 0% increment.

One of the third class company. Should never trust these type of management. Company policies are towards termination of employment rather than development.

Very cheap management. They don't know how to recruit and retain the employee. They keep on recruiting people and terminate them with in a month month so as to use them during the period and not pay anything to them.
