Management is good. Work culture is good. It was the best place where I learned so many things.

Internal politics is terrible there.

Work Details

Job was interesting. I struggled in the beginning, but it was beneficial for me. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hat and that helped me get a taste of different roles .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
