Likes

The environment is safe especially for females. No harassment. Senior cover is present to support in difficult and challenging cases. Ample chance of working and learning especially for less experienced.

Latest technology access limited. Little chances of promotions. Low pay scales.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
