No job security. Once client contract expires, employees will be thrown immediately without any prior notice also. No management, no accounts department, it's a domestic company. Salary will be credited on 5th of every month, if 5th falls on weekends or holidays, The next working day salary will be credited. No benifits, No performance appraisals.

Abacus company is good but my team leader was horrible and in that company no one actually cares for employee opinion they only care for team leader opinion. Hope that changes.
