I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is a lot of pressure in this company. They will treat you as humans only if you have achieved your targets. There is a lot of turnover rate in the company. whoever joins in the company are leaving within 1 to 2 weeks Bad Incentive structure and No recurring incentives Hr Communication: There is no smooth onboarding process. They will not intimate you about the things required before joining such as Laptop etc. and They will ask you required onboarding documents multiples times. There are lot of Office politics in the company. They will ask you to make min of 65 calls with 3 submissions or else you should be making more than 100 a day Targets: 3 sub for Non IT admin, 2 sub for Non IT prof 65 calls only of you have achieved your target or else 100+ calls(The calls in which talktime 15 sec or above will be counted)...Read More
