There is good amount of liberty and pretty good scope for learning.

In aavas there is lack of holidays and leaves. There is no policy for employee retention and employee welfare. in fact they do not provide tea to their employees. in the days of closing there is no arrangements of food for their employee as they works late night.They do not give a single rupee or sweets or anything on the occassion of diwali. There should be a strict policy for holidays and leaves to their employees. only 3 sundays are available for holiday in a month. this must be changed<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. salary is very low and increment also at very low level</mark>. there must be fixed and strict policy regarding initial package of salary....Read More

There is no facilities and amenities in aavas. they just want more and more work from their employees. nothing than that.

Wrorst company ever. Neither increments are done on time. Only grade is changes but compensation remains same. Most of days working hour are beyond 6:30 upto 11pm. DuringJFM everyday is closing day.
