Work-life balance is perfect in this company. You cannot get work from home. Whatever work you do should be done in office. It's the best part.

Dislikes

Architecture team is worst. They don't see the hierarchy of employees. Managers does nothing dump all works on interns. They give lot of importance to NIT Graduates even though they just manage things. Even according to salary hierarchy so much politics will be involved.

Company is runned by one man and never wills to listen other person opinions. Team lead/ manager and HR's are not employee friendly. Best part is HR doesn't know what Basic HR things should be done by HR.

1. Projects are good and there will be a good exposure and for architects there is freedom to try new things. 2. 2nd and fourth Saturday is off, so more time to do personal things and gain new skills. 3. Better annual salary hikes than other companies. 4. Monthly two leaves 5. Medical insurance will be provided.

Dislikes

1. Office mess hall is untidy with people taking up hand wash space to wash their lunch boxes. 2. Very slow/outdated computers. We face a lot of problems with them. 3. Free version software's are used majorly unless a paid software is very important for your job. 4. Many websites are blocked, so limited use of internet. 5. Although using whatsapp is unofficial, all team members use it for official communication and share many important documents....Read More

EVERYTHING. seriously everything, i am sure about the other departments but in architecture and itsa aligned department, all the ppl who worked there would definitely agree that hyderabad BIGUPS BLOCK as it has the worst mangnemnt, horrible treatmen to the employees and if any tries to complain to the head office MR.Chakarpani sir, then imagine the wroth of the HODS they wont let you reach the head office they threten you by holding on your salery and write a bad reviews on your releavnig letters, and force you to resubmit your complain and resignation letter. a lot of employes are not able to share thier problems even when MR. Chakepani sir and few good people try to reach the empyles to share thier there views and suggations for the betterment of the company, non were able to open their heart out but to the person next to him. any ways the company though it has good will outside but the employees inside are treated wrong...Read More

They are having good infrastructure , and stationery and no manpower which is big draw back and makes difficult to handle multitasking

Management do not hire concern person they only prefer who is interested work with less salary

My work is very similar to my reporting manager like to coordinate the project from beginning to Completion of execution which also includes regular sit visits, iso auditing, stockholders meeting etc
