Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting/sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates and ensure timely joining formalities are completed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offer extensions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Recruitment role.
  
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes including sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and salary negotiations.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR
