They treat employees like there is none other than this company that can provide employment to them and after joining formalities completion, instead of appreciating the efforts they demotivate the employee by finding those mistakes that never existed in any other industry other than MKS. Their thinking towards an employee is always on negative side.

Nothing is to be liked there. This firm is owned by a dictator with two poor person which he use to abuse his employees and when no one is available then abuse them. Conclusion: Don't serve your service to them he just don't deserve that. Points: 1. Contractual service agreement of long term to trap and 1st Cost to company hold fromsalary and submit 3 times of cost to company as security. 2. No maintenance of dignity/use of abusive language with male and female employees. 3. No salary timings/no leave benefits.
