Review of Aarav Organisation My experience with Aarav Organisation has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. Despite joining the company in June 2023 based on positive feedback, my tenure here has been plagued with numerous issues: 1.Misleading Job Description: Initially, I was attracted by the promise of working on a project starting from scratch, which seemed like a valuable learning opportunity. However, I soon discovered that I was actually assigned to an ongoing project with fragmented resources from various vendors, leading to a lack of cohesive support. 2. Unclear Offer Letter: Upon being hired, I received a letter of intent rather than a formal offer letter detailing my salary or CTC. This lack of clarity was troubling and indicative of the company's unprofessionalism. 3. Unpredictable Salary Issues: Salary payments were inconsistent, with deductions made without notice and explanations often attributed to "technical glitches." Delays in resolving these issues led to prolonged financial uncertainty. 4. TDS Non-Compliance: The organisation deducted TDS from my salary but failed to remit it to the income tax authorities, resulting in discrepancies in my 26AS form. Despite repeated follow-ups, this issue remains unresolved. 5. Lack of Support for Exit Formalities: Upon resigning, obtaining a relieving letter, experience letter, and other exit documents became an arduous task, with no responses from HR despite numerous emails. 6. Delayed Full and Final Settlement: My final settlement has been pending since April 2024, and despite daily follow-ups, the company has yet to process it, leaving me in financial limbo. Conclusion:- Aarav Global product and service pvt LTD, Organisation has not only failed to meet basic professional standards but has also negatively impacted my career and personal financial stability. Nothing to like about this company owner of company is bandit with employes. No proper payment no extra working payment and still not received my full and final settlement payment. Manager think like he is a god and lie to every one in team.

Only thing about Aarav is that is has easy interview as compare to other .Else nothing.

1.No proper communication between Hr and Management. 2.No leave even sick leave is not updated yet since Jan 2024 to still now. 3. Money deduction without any intervation and no proper update and Dec 23 pay slip update on Feb 24. 4. Extra working payment not received to employed and fake Management skill. 5.Strict timing for employs. 6.No security about job in future even employes get terminated within 15 day and ask them to leave. 7.Worst Hr Management and rude behavior. 8.No value for hardworking employee. 9.Join only in worst condition or search for better opportunities. 10.After resignation you will get F&F after 9 month and Experience letter after 2 month still no confirmation on mail. 11.Worst Company they never take feedback from employees. 12.HR Management is so worst employee get frustrated with Hr.Even hr has no proper update....Read More
