The work culture is quite tensed, a bit of a work pressure, but the learnings that I have got from this company is out of the box. They gave me an open platform to research and review, & let me work the way I wanted. The leaders are nice & keep motivating us in every way possible. I had a great experience with the AOSPL Team. Yes there are some of the issues like the documents such as appointment letter & offer letter given in the later half of your tenure, but yes the company gives it to the employee as committed. I don't know why people are spreading hate over the reviews of not giving the letter when during my work period myself observed that some members were reluctant to the work themselves & kept on asking for documents before working. 5 of the team members absconded the work, without any notice to the company and started requesting for the experience letter on mail. How do you expect company to release these documents in case of work absconding. There are flaws with all organizations and none of them are perfect hence freshers should not just join the companies on the basis of false accusations done by others.
