Nothing... But I have seen in only marketing,HR and sales Department no one resigns in one year. It is best department of A1 to work.
No work life balance .if you in operation department you will work like majdoor. Manager behaves like they are the owners the task which should be done by them they will assign to you .you nothing but slave for them. My wrost job experience.

There are ample amount of opportunities available and I see my strengths getting identified and leveraged. The culture is open and supportive. Be it managers or senior leaders, everyone is approachable. Newer ideas are always listened to and appreciated. We are given the independence of execution and implementation.

Nothing as such to like. If you are a fresher you can learn a lot of work, office politics and understand what a real work life imbalance is.
No scope of career growth or development and increment. All these factors are all say and no action. Because of this all the experienced people are leaving the organisation and only freshers are available with no actual work experience in the firm nowadays.
