You can work on various projects here simultaneously which helps develop the product knowledge as well as gets you hands on experience with the same. Openness and freedom to come with ideas is one of the key and valuable features of this company.

Dislikes

The working culture gets a little unhealthy due to bureaucracy and politics.

Work Details

The work is like any other production based company/plant. There are documentations and manpower handling, product development etc. my job is not the most exciting but its not boring either.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
