We love to hear when you see our core values and broader cultural aspects in action. We are working towards aligning and implementing effective frameworks such as OKRs & PDS to better manage and develop performance which you shall benefit to help resolve increasing pressure, CFR to enable open conversations with the managers. In addition to this managers are also going through Manager Development Program (MDP) which should help managers get better at managing workload of self and the team members by means of effective delegation which doesn't lead to unwanted stress.

With respect to the salary concern, be rest assured the HR team makes it a continuous practice of doing external and internal parity checks to help alleviate any such concerns along with proper performance appraisals enabled by Performance development system.
