Best Edtech company with excellent work culture! The colleagues are very supportive , and we get ample guidance while making new plans and implementing new policies. It is my first experience with a company having the vision to see the growth in student's knowledge rather than rushing to complete the course. It gives me work satisfaction being an educator.

Connection between employees is very good here. Feels like home.

Dislikes

Connection between employees and higher authorities. Salary is average. There's no projection of promotion. In the name of skill development, we are only enforced to learn how to add something to the 98th Percentile instead of development as a whole. There's no incentive for lead teachers.

Have been working here for almost 6 months now, so far it has been a great learning experience. Work culture is amazing and peers here in the marketing department are really great and supportive. Overall it has been really amazing experience. Satisfied in mostly every aspect.

As most of the roles are for night shift you don't have any outside life also Saturday's are working days so you don't have enough time for yourself.

Toxicity, only half day sick leave per month, only one wfh, salary is deducted like you are working there for free, less pay, very strict rules feels like school.
