I didn’t actually like anything. People working here are so unprofessional.

They conduct interviews just for the sake and record the interviews as well for further evaluation where HR’s will process the further rounds with other panel members and the recorded video will be reviewed again and informed that you’re rejected where the interviewer will only ask Tell me about yourself and experiences, not even technical questions being asked but you’re a reject for no reason. Interviewer will act as if like a senior manager in the system who is not even having an experience of the candidate they’re interviewing for. They judge and take people by looks, not for your experience, communication, skills, etc. Anyone looking forward to this company do not attempt the interviews as it is definitely a waste of time as you will not be provided with the proper reasons either nor what they’re actually expecting.
