the company is sensitive towards employee's raised issues wherein the management of the company is very supportive. Also, our department heads give us free hand in the working. During the lock-down and presently, all the employees were given 'work from home' facility along with full IT infrastructure facilities, our salaries are till now intact including our other benefits. Dislikes

the fresher has to learn everything on their own or from their seniors so their is huge scope of conducting training programs for new people. Sometimes we don't receive appreciation for our work which is disheartening.

My Task includes doing market related research, collecting data from various sources and then analyzing and synthesizing and presenting into Ppt and excels formats.
