Opportunity to learn my domain.

There is no job security. Everything depends on ceo 's mood. Salary mentioned on paper has many loop holes,read documents very carefully before signing. They even bragged about paying 3/5 of salary mentioned to other employees who were comfortable with ceo. Has lots of petty- politics. There's no scope of innovation when your employers constantly brag and lie about opportunities. The amount of gaslighting is through the roof. Work life balance is non existence, they really hold employees to desk even if there's no work and on Friday nights have mandatory "special meetings" outside office hours. In all, this place is best avoided if peace of mind is dear to you. Might give a shot if in dire need of job but not for long, which is further evident by very very high iteration rate. Work related travel: This is a desk job.
