Initially I was excited to get an opportunity to work here. But just after few months, realised that joining here was biggest mistake. Head of the company thinks as if he is the most intelligent person in the world. He has A habit of taunting people every now n then for no reasons. Instead of being supportive he behaves like a anarch.

Dislikes

There is nothing you would like here. They change their policies every freaking week. In my 1 year tenure haven't heard a single word of appreciation. They just know how to demotivate their employees. Neither they a good pay structure nor A Healthy HR policy.
