I don't like redeployment facility. I dislike when some people do not work and I see there is no action on them. I dislike onboarding process of my organisation. I dislike there is no induction for internal and outsourced candidates on statutory benefits. I dislike maintenance of employee database incorrectly. I dislike here no one knows that which responsibility comes under whise KRA. I dislike when I approach Sone one for database and the person shares me in bulk and it comes under my responsibility to search and work. No one is ready to take their responsibility. I should say don't join this company in BPO team, Recruitment Staffing team ever.You can't work happily. Politics environment. Abusing words is be used while working with the reporting manager. Interview time hybrid mode was been informed and after joining On site.

It is 30 years old company but still it works like a startup company, no job security, very much low salary as compared to other companies, no accommodation, no bonus, just a toxic environment to work, no growth and appraisal process is also very much slow.

No job security at all No appraisal given The CEO himself micromanages the Junior most employees and makes the working environment suffocating. Having worked for 2.5 years in 2COMS, I can surely say no work-life balance at all, always they threat you of termination. They themselves never make any strategy for the situation when company runs in loss, but completely blames and takes out the frustration on the employees. They squeeze out employees to work 12 hours a day and even on the week off but still no appreciation at all. Only people who have no self respect and no hopes of switching in any other company are still working there for years because they know very well with this kind of skill degradation that happens in 2COMS, they can never get an opportunity from any other company. Though you will have to log in sharp at 9.30 but you can never log out on time. They always schedules meeting from 7 and stretches till 8.30, 6.30 being the logging out time. If you perform excessive well, like twice or three times giving 6times than your achievements then they can give you treat in a reputed restaurant..and give party for all employees once in two or three years

If they think that employees are more than their requirement, they will never think twice to remove you...no matter in what way.without any training they will transfer you to another domain or will create excessive pressure regarding your achievements that you yourself will resign or they can give you LWD without any prior notice
