Extremely poor management they don't care about the employees however they might promise a lot of things at the beginning regarding how friendly they are on certain genders specially the LGBTQ but once you start working with the organisation you will be facing a lot of mental torture and harassment and even if you complain they dontmuch care about it also not much well trained when i was with the organisation and due to genuine reasons i had to take leave even after hitting the ground floor on top of that my id was not even generated due to which i never really could take any calls and rather than focusing on that i was asked to follow the exit procedure where they clearly know what i was going through recently and guess what till now they have not provided me the FFS and transportation department never cares to even pick the systems provided during work from home so my advice is not to apply it's just a waste of time....Read More

Coffee machines are worst and only 2 biscuits brands which feels super cheap. No choice to choose the sugar content in coffee or hot brewages. Need coffe?? Get sugar along with it. However for higher authorities they have separate floor with all good coffee and tea bags with quality snacks. Old and uncomfortable chairs with dust on chairs sometimes and even on keyboard and mouses. Most systems don't have proper screws placed in or with damaged system handles. Employees struggle with finding working headsets and even sometimes fully functional keyboard and mouse. No mouse pads provided and no camera works inside so anyone can steal your mouse pads and get away with it. Medical claim is a joke. Never claimed as the person only will not be there the time we go. Bunker rooms are there but need TL to be there to sign, to which TLs refuse and its worst feeling. Sometimes targets seems unavailable....Read More
