A lot of politics is going on the floor, once after entering to the floor. The managers or Hr's will think they are the owners of the company. I have worked for 21 months, I have never seen such politics, If you are looking to build your career I suggest not to choose the company.

Don't think they will give you leave . Eventhough ur asking for sickleave they want it to be scheduled 🤡 as if you vomited or fell concious. Other day if you get medical reports on time . They grant you leave .

Target process A lot of office politics in Target process. The top management is known for cornering people who's not in their favourite list. Not preferable for female employee's, they give less care about safety. Target process in 24/7 is not at all preferable, very toxic environment.
