This is the best place to work when it comes to the youth who are going to start their career. You get to learn from basics and the corporate culture. Eventually you also get opportunities to showcase your talent and grab the positions you are interested to get into.

No salary delay and good place for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

Starting it was really gud but when we increase the tenure the actual management rules will pop up and also they make us to extend their shift without informing and also work pressure is to high and also its really a work where we cant work over here its being a pressure job for us to do

All being pressured and also we would know the management work and pressure and there are no job culture or support would be provided and there is no growth in this company so it would be waste of time to do rather we can do the job in other company where they can give us some opportunities to grow in our carrer.

A lot of politics is going on the floor, once after entering to the floor. The managers or Hr's will think they are the owners of the company. I have worked for 21 months, I have never seen such politics, If you are looking to build your career I suggest not to choose the company.

Asme & managers were pretty helpful . Separate Cafeteria & pantry .

Don't think they will give you leave . Eventhough ur asking for sickleave they want it to be scheduled 🤡 as if you vomited or fell concious. Other day if you get medical reports on time . They grant you leave .
