This company is very good and I love the fact I m a part of a team.my colleagues come from various cultural background s,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Company is good but no any salary hike and growth.the work pressure is high sometimes.There are running politics bitween employees....there are no value for hard worker.

I worked hear as a team leader and I take care of 22 team member last time.my KRA is Agent performance Management,team rostering,shrinkage and quality manage,preshift postshift,shift adhrence,rtm,etc KPI shrinkage attrition quality booking installation.
