My recent experience working at the company I am currently employed with has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, there were false promises made during the recruitment process, which were never fulfilled. The HR department lured candidates with enticing benefits and a promising work environment, only to deliver thecomplete opposite. The work ambiance is toxic, with an overwhelming sense of negativity among colleagues. It seems like there is a lack of teamwork and support, creating a hostile and unproductive environment. To make matters worse, the company consistently fails to deliver salaries on time, causing undue financial stress and anxiety for its employees. The HR department, in particular, has repeatedly made false promises regarding salary increments and bonuses, leaving employees feeling deceived and undervalued. Overall, my experience at this company has been one of frustration, broken trust, and disappointment.
