Poor management at upper level. Team leads can’t do what their name suggests ie lead the team. Managers will overcommit and force you to work overtime then fire you over performance issues.

They are not the leaders they are rulers, who eats the employees salary and zero on their skills… When you talk about the last 5 year data most of the employees left the organisation by this 2024, due to Sushma…she is a cruel lady..
