First of all there are no leaves for off roll employees not a single CL or SL if any emergency occurs for any employee he/she has to inform seniors via mail and after that also their salary will get deducted for the absent day, now coming to onroll employees leaves are there but getting leave is like Dream comes true(I am talking about the employees who works at ground level not the senior employees like TL or Managers), work pressure is too much just for a very slight mistake employees has to go through utter humiliation, the seniors expect 100% error free work from employees like they are robots not humans and with that speed is also mandatory means fast but error-free and one slight error and you get feedback letter(Warning letter)...Read More
