Environment and culture is good at TATA 1MG HEALTHCARE.Teammates are very good and management is transparent.There is some gaming for chilling on Sunday.Policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is very interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning.I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the different teams

Very bad management. Very high expectations from management side. Even after working for 12/14hrs on weekday. They ask to work on weekends. Low balled offers too.

Poor management at upper level. Team leads can’t do what their name suggests ie lead the team. Managers will overcommit and force you to work overtime then fire you over performance issues.

While talking about support team I.e Sushma’s team…siji,Ravi, and 2 new are added now. They are not the leaders they are rulers, who eats the employees salary and zero on their skills… When you talk about the last 5 year data most of the employees left the organisation by this 2024, due to Sushma…she is a cruel lady..
