The Founders have maintained a healthy work culture and environment between the employees and moreover they are more inclined on training and polishing their employees for their skill growth. First I would to write about MD's of the company they are very co-operative, transparent & try to provide friendly atmosphere with positive attitude . I got a lot of opportunities to grow & to learn new things on daily basis . Here is good working environment , even we try to celebrate all festival on small scale. Company Policies are good , appraisal are fair.
