The company is built on a strong culture and strong work ethics. It is a very well known fact internally that one can change their work profile internally (given that they have the hunger to jump into new challenges) The people centric approach from Management has been the highlight throughout. Dislikes

Till now - nothing to dislike for me. But if I have to add - this is a fast pace environment where you are changing directions and strategy every now and then. It's not for someone who is looking for the so called work-life balance. But if you have signed up for a startup, you cant be complaining on this
