No work life balance. Unlimited pressure on tpp products. Huge mental pressure. Worst work culture. Huge partiality within employees. No team work.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Maximum process and SOP are good for daily work. All employees work as team and with dedication.

Dislikes

Salary structure need to be improved. Need CTC as full after year. No cut in Variable pay.

Hdfc is not a pay master. Growth is Superbly Slow. Unimaginable Sales Target

Salary on time and incentives were good a the beginning which is reduced gradually now. No pressure for performers.

Dislikes

Too many unwanted deductions from salary. Growth graph is bad. Company doesn't spend on employees. No joining bonus, no gifts during festivals.
