Huawei was a growing organization.. I had spent almost 7 years there, we have had a great employee intrections sessions, games, festivals , events, cross trainings etc slowly and steadily it has changed a big time

Dislikes

For third and fourth party employees there are no much growth...no benifits, no great appraisal ls, not good salary hikes etc

Lupin Ltd. has good culture, voice of common employees will be listened by HOD's and SBU Heads

Dislikes

Need upgradation in salary brackets, and individual growth plan to be designed for each employee

Its a good compliance and learned lot more to handle contract labour management and HR activities

Deceiplion is very good. Office culture also good

Salary Deduction for Violations is not good. Managers are good. Management should get opinion from employees side. Don't depends On Manager

Salary and incentive part is very best across any other retailor. FG provides continuous training to all the employees. Team mates all are very cooperative we feel its 2nd home. We celebrate all the festivals very grandfully. Our bosses also very co operative and supportive to us.

Dislikes

Growth is very low for support staffs. Have to work more tham 9 hours some times. Appreciations only through mails no certificates or monetary reward.
