Role & responsibilities
- Shift Management: Oversee and manage production shifts in the ReNew manufacturing plant at Dholera, Gujarat ensuring optimal workforce allocation and production efficiency.
- Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records of permanent and temporary workers' attendance, monitor punctuality, and address any attendance-related issues promptly.
- Workforce Management: Coordinate the hiring and onboarding of permanent as well as temporary workers as needed, ensuring a smooth integration into the production process.
- Factory Compliance: As part of the compliance teams ensure that the manufacturing plant complies with all relevant labour laws and regulations, keeping records and documentation up-to-date.
- Supportive Role: Provide support to the HR Manager in various HR-related activities, such as separation, maintaining good employee relations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Atleast 5-6 years into similar role.
- Should have completed his Post Graduation with HR specialization
- Comfortable to work in rotational shifts
- Hands on experience into Labour Laws Compliances.
