Dislikes

...of money, perks, incentives, learning, challenges then come and join Byjus. The amount of salary and incentives are damn awesome. The company spends money on their employees like water, but yes in return company expects the same from their employees. Its not like a traditional morning 9–5 job. But here its more than that, you are in the office only for 3 days, i.e Wed, Thus, Fri, during weekends you will be on field and on Mon and Tue its relax time Company takes care of all your travel expenses and accommodation charges incase if you are on field in different city. If you have good convincing skills then this is perfect place for you.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
