Only rumers, that company have good culture, growth and development of employees. They never respect your skills and abilities only they want buttering staff, who perform buttering rather than performance. Nothing for employees engagement.

Actually we all employees didn't perform anything that is related to our profile. Always there is an order from dual standing bosses, both wanted a single person to complete there Target.

It's good that the company supported in terms of no salary deduction during a lockdown period. But there is no job satisfaction and a career growth. No corporate culture is there.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. No work timings, after sale service is poor. Customer is chasing the sales person and there is no solution from the senior management. Refund of money to customer is pathetic. And the profile is very much different from the work you do. After getting into job you come to know the reality and at that time you don't have any other option. .

My work is into sales . Worked almost 3 years .It's good to see that the company is growing at a fast pace on international level. But the work culture is missing , just a waste of time .
