Good teammates, training is very good, career growth ok, salary and appraisal based on skill, work environment good, also work life balance is good.

Dislikes

In the manufacturing, there is two senior level people doing politics and groupism, this knows by management but no action on them and still that two persons are doing politics and partiality. The people those who are very close to them only being considered is a painful. They recently promoted managers are even not suitable for supervisor.

They don't want you to stay long in the company. 5. Current management of CMU is very much unprofessional and blame to lower team for their own failure.
