Travel policy is not good. You have to work on all 7 days most of the time. hardly you can take 1-2 sunday off in a month. Also you have to work from 6 AM to 10 PM. No work culture

Great palace to work, supervisor's/hierarchy level staff is friendly, great work and personal life balance, only issue is salary/insensitive is less as early I had expected

Overall work culture of the organisation is good and the management of the organisation is employee friendly

The only lacking point is that the organisation did not provide year on year salary hike until or unless someone did not achieve their yearly Targets.
