Promotion & salary upgradation is not happening as per industries standards. Mid management level person is doing politics even in boss also playing with his colleagues..

On time salary, bonus is best in dominos,dominos culture and process likes more, customer service also so good

Dislikes depends on higher officials , most things punctuality to be every employee to be followed , career growth to be happened for all employees

Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

Dislikes

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.
