I genuinely feel that companies must prioritize employee well-being and create a culture that encourages healthy work habits.

Earning a high salary is great, but it shouldn't come at the cost of your health and well-being. People need time to relax, recharge, and spend time with loved ones.

When a company pays you Rs.1.7 Cr., they have literally bought you! They aren't paying you a salary. They're paying you EMI.

YNW, No amount of money is worth sacrificing your health and well-being. Companies need to do better in fostering healthy work environments where employees feel supported and don't have to burn themselves out.
