I have 2 years of experience as Full stack developer php. But i want to get into this data domain field , but i have weak communication skills. Then what should i choose.

You mentioned weak communication skills. Are you more comfortable with written communication, or is it speaking/presenting that's challenging? This is important because both MERN and data roles require communication, just in different ways.

MERN stack is a logical step from PHP. You're already familiar with backend concepts, so picking up Node.js and React shouldn't be too difficult. Data analytics, on the other hand, is a bigger leap.
