I'm a graphic designer with 4.5 years of experience, currently seeking new opportunities as my current employer has delayed payments for the past three months. Even though I've been working here for nine months, my CTC is ₹3,60,000. I'm seeking for a CTC of ₹6,00,000 for my future job in order to properly reflect my skills and experience.

What Salary to ask

Hi everybody. 

So the story is that I started my journey in 2021 Dec. I started working as a Project Engineer since then I have worked on two projects. First as a Chatbot developer and second as a Capacity Analyst. Now the thing is that between the end of the first project and the start of the second project, a lot of things happened in my life. A car accident that changed my life and the diagnosis of heart arrhythmia.  I am suffering from heart arrhythmia and trying my level best to switch to the cloud. I am about to get the termination letter because of the bench policy. Now my question is. 
1) Should I join a BPO or something to earn because I am living in a 1BHK flat? 
OR
2) Should I take a break and start everything from scratch after my heart's procedure. 

I am confused. Also if anybody can guide me on how to get an entry level cloud job even if I have 3 years of IT experience please ping me. It'll be a massive help.

I have 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst with a CTC of 8.5 LPA (8.1 LPA fixed, rest variable). I am currently working at an MNC and looking to switch companies. What percentage of a salary hike should I ask for?

How can I increase my chances of getting a good salary? I plan to stay in my next company for 2-3 years or more.

My skills: Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python, Excel, GCP (BigQuery), Informatica, Power BI.

I have 6 years of experience in networking and got an offer 18LPA and my current CTC is 8Lpa.

I Accepted offer last month and next month is joining.

But wanted your inputs for should I discuss with HR or not.

When I got job invite on Naukri for the position i got the offer.
Years of experience mentioned 5 to 10 
Salary range: 20 to 30lpa .

And during HR discussioni i missed this. Now i am confused shall I discuss with HR ask for raise in current package as mentioned in JD or Not?

If Yes: Then how to start the conversation
or it will goes in wrong direction?

Hi friends, I am sharing an important information with you. I have recently joined HCL tech. Last December, 2024 my first quarterly appraisal was done. I got near about 7+ out of 10. As of now everything was okay. But this month i.e March,2025 I got only 30% of my EPB component. I then connected with my HR and Manager and RM also but no response. Everyone said, I will check it etc etc....then I talked to one of my colleagues and got to know that if the rating is below 8.5 then 20 to 30% of the EPB component will be credited. Wow 😂...really shocked. Every one in HCL has this issue or concern. So guys if you are a new joiner, be cautious about your quarter or annual rating. Do not accept less than 8.5 or else it will be hugely impacted to your salary slip.

Also 7.15 out of 10 is around 70%+...but how they were calculated 30%.. don't know...really bad policy implementation...I am now deciding to leave it now...
