What is the minimum salary to negotiate with previous company?
Hello everyone,
I recently received an offer from my previous company for the same Quality Lead role but at their Bangalore location. My last drawn CTC was ₹4.2 LPA, and I was informed that only a 15% hike (approx. ₹4.83 LPA) is being offered.
Before proceeding with negotiations, I would like to understand the current market salary for a Quality Lead in the media analysis industry in Bangalore.
I hold a Power BI certification and am currently learning Python to expand my skill set.
I would greatly appreciate any insights on:
The average or minimum salary for this role in Bangalore.
Tips on how to effectively negotiate for a fair compensation package.

YoE 8 *2LPA can base for a target salary.
4 years * 2 LPA = 8 LPA PA. It may go up or down ~10% based on demand and supply.
