What is a Realistic Salary expectation?
Hello folks,
I wanted to know the average remuneration for an individual with 10YOE as SAP functional (niche domain) and 2 years MBA from a top Indian institute (non IIM or IIT) + B.tech presently working with the largest IT service company.
Current CTC 25lpa.
What is the 'market standard' salary for such individual?
Any help is very much appreciated 👍🏻
Thanks.

A Team Lead
In large IT firms, 30-40 LPA is realistic for your profile. However, switching to a product-based company might get you closer to 50 LPA+.

Since you're in a niche domain, don’t undervalue yourself! The market standard could be 35-45 LPA for someone with your skills. Have you reached out to headhunters?

Your profile is impressive! With 10 YOE in SAP functional and an MBA, the market average seems to range between 35-45 LPA, depending on the domain and role.

Keep this in mind - don't fall prey to 20% or 30%.
Ask what you deserve, do proper research.
Aim for fixed comp rather than VP.

well you can easily aim for somewhere in late 30s early 40lpa but that totally will depend on the company
