What High-Value Skill Should a 25-Year-Old Learn for Future Growth?

Hi all, I’m 25 and working as a mechanical engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing. While I enjoy my work, I'm looking to invest my free time into learning a rare, long-term, and profitable skill that could eventually generate secondary income or even replace my current job. I’m focused on skills that require time to master and provide long-term value not short-term trends. Any suggestions on high-value skills worth pursuing? Thanks in advance!
