Yaar, If you can stay focused, show initiative, and contribute, you’ll stand a good chance.
Stay positive, and even if a permanent role doesn’t happen immediately, you’ll gain valuable experience that opens doors elsewhere!

Hmmm🤔🤔 The permanent offer also depends on the business needs at that time, but generally, trainees who fit well with the company culture and show consistency in their work are more likely to be considered for full-time roles.

Dude, One of my friends was a trainee there, and he said the key is staying visible. Keep doing great work, ask for feedback, and make sure your efforts are being noticed. Alstom does seem to prefer promoting people who’ve already been through the system.

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
Suggestions please
