Tips on hr call for resignation
Following my previous post(1st job leaving in just 2 months for better opportunity but there is a bond of 2 years on 1 lkh) I put up my resignation yesterday. The manager was very understanding but said I have to talk to hr today for documents and all, now everyone told me that the hr here are very harsh and will try to rough me up. Any ideas how can I make this go smoothly?
