This is what I was Talking about are these people taking advantage? Should I not disclose my current CTC from now onwards?
People are bold enough to say that they wont provide a competitive compensation or compensation which a employee is capable/eligible to claim, very very bad impression that too a person with 5-9 years of experience WTduck, if they have a range which is 7-21 then why they want to mention this note. are they making fool of us.

It’s like they’re assuming you’ll just accept whatever they throw at you. Honestly, they should be offering based on the value you bring, not trying to cheap out.

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?
