The UI/UX Work Process

Design processes vary greatly depending on the company's maturity. Are you part of a team that follows design sprints, user research, and usability testing?

A good way to measure growth is to see if your designs are solving real user problems. Do you get to test and iterate based on user feedback?

Are designers in your company involved from the ideation phase, or do they only come in for execution?

A great way to assess if you're growing as a designer is to see if your feedback loops are strong. Are you getting direct input from users? Are you collaborating closely with developers and product managers? Growth comes from being able to iterate and refine designs based on real user needs. If your company isn’t fostering this, you might be missing out on an essential part of the UI/UX process. Have you faced challenges in implementing user feedback in your current role?
